Privacy policy
Last updated · 16 July 2026
Cerno is built privacy-first. Each client operates in a segregated, access-controlled environment, and client data is never used to train external AI systems.
What we collect
When you request early access we collect the details you submit (your name, firm, and work email) solely to contact you about the founding LP program. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or third-party trackers, and fonts are served from our own domain: beyond the form, your visit leaves no trail with anyone.
How we use it
We use these details to respond to your inquiry and to keep you informed about Cerno. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Controller and legal basis
The data controller is Vincenzo Taddeo, founder of Cerno, reachable at hello@cernoplatform.com. Early-access details are processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
Storage and retention
Your details are stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider, on infrastructure located in Western Europe. We keep them only while the founding-LP program is active, or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your details, have them corrected or deleted, receive them in a portable format, or object to their processing: email hello@cernoplatform.com and we will act promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Data governance
Client portfolio data is isolated per client, access is scoped by role, and every change is logged with actor, timestamp, and before/after state.
